1. Order Cancellation
Orders can only be canceled before they are shipped.

Requests must be submitted within 12 hours of payment confirmation.

Once an order is being processed, packed, or dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be honored.

A processing fee of 6.9% + $1 may apply to cover administrative and payment processing costs.
2. Returns
Returns are accepted within 30 days from the purchase date or 14 days from delivery, whichever comes later. Conditions for returns:

Items must remain unused, in their original condition, and include all packaging and accessories.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defective, incorrect, or damaged item.

3. Refunds
Refunds are issued in the following situations:

Items arrive damaged, incorrect, or fail to arrive within the promised delivery timeframe.

Supporting documentation (photos, unpacking videos, order number, and customer information) may be required.

Buyer’s remorse refunds are permitted, but the customer covers return shipping costs.

Refunds are processed after we receive and inspect the returned items.
4. Exchanges
Exchanges are handled under these conditions:

Items undelivered due to carrier error will be replaced free of charge.

If incorrect shipping information is provided by the customer, any additional cost for replacements is the customer’s responsibility.
5. Exceptions & Limitations
The following items or circumstances are not eligible for refunds or returns:

Orders delayed due to incorrect customer information or missed delivery attempts.

Items currently in transit.

Pre-order or custom-made products, unless defective.

Unauthorized returns.

Packages lost or stolen after delivery confirmation.

6. Undeliverable Packages
If a package cannot be delivered, we will attempt to contact the customer using the email provided at checkout.

If no response is received and the package is returned or destroyed, USAESSENTIALSGEAR is not responsible for the loss.

International shipments may be subject to customs duties or import fees.
